We do not collect any personal data. GiggleNest does not require an account, login, email address, or any personal details from you or your child to use the app.
Any voice recordings you make using the Voice Studio — including the initial voice sample and any facts, rhymes, or songs you record — are stored exclusively on your device. These recordings are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party.

This data is under your full control at all times and is removed from your device if you uninstall the app.
GiggleNest requests microphone access solely so that a parent or guardian can record their own voice reading facts, rhymes, or songs within the Voice Studio feature. This is entirely optional — the app is fully usable without ever granting microphone access, using a built-in text-to-speech voice instead.
Recordings made are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere. You can review, re-record, or leave any fact unrecorded at any time.
GiggleNest uses RevenueCat to process the app's optional one-time in-app purchase, which unlocks all categories. RevenueCat communicates with Apple's App Store or Google Play on our behalf to verify purchases, and may process limited technical information (such as a device identifier and purchase receipt) strictly for this purpose. No personal information about you or your child, and no app content or recordings, are ever shared with RevenueCat.

Purchases themselves are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive, process, or store any payment card details.
The app does not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or crash reporting tools that collect personal data.

GiggleNest is designed to be used by children with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and we take children's privacy seriously.
Because GiggleNest collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not transmit or process children's data in a way that would require parental consent under COPPA, UK GDPR, or similar children's privacy regulations.
As we do not collect or hold any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. All data held by the app exists solely on your device and is within your control at all times, including deletion by uninstalling the app.
